“I love it here! Whenever I'm in town I have to go here to get a sub or sandwich. The service is very friendly. They make the food from scratch. It's located in the old community center near ITT.”

“Mount Vernon is a lesser publicized historic site in the greater Washington, D.C. area. It isn’t run by the National Park Service. However, it is magnificent and beautifully kept. It’s well worth the small price for admission, currently $20 adults, $12 age 6-11, $19 62+, kids 5 and under are free. It’s a large property but a pleasant walk to complete the mostly self guided tour. The mansion is guided and depending on how crowded it is they might assign you a specific time to attend the mansion tour. You can show up anytime after your assigned time, you don’t have to show up exactly at that time. Mount Vernon is kept up like a working farm. It changes throughout the year, along with the seasons. As do the decorations around the property. I’ve been during the Summer and at Thanksgiving and both times had unique aspects to them. There are a few short movies that provide some history about Mount Vernon, George Washington, and related topics. They are very good as well. Overall, this is a great site to see and you won’t be disappointed.”

“Pietra Graniti installed our kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops as well as a bathroom vanity. They did the total design, and the kitchen and bathroom look terrific. They were timely and responsive to all my questions. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a new kitchen or bath.”
