  Great shopping experience for my first suit in 25 years! Thanks to Chase for making the experience a good one. Chase answered all my questions, and helped me purchase a fantastic looking suit. Thanks Chase and thanks Charles Tyrwhitt!

  What a great experience! I was warmly greeted by James when I walked into the establishment. I told him that I am from Richmond, VA and that I had some size challenges with a recent online shirt order. We don't have a CT store in Richmond so while in I want to get fitted.
  James said great and proceeded to ask questions regarding my online purchase and the size of the shirts purchased. I told him I normally wear a 16.5 x 35 Slim fit. He immediately walked me back to the fitting area a provided several shirts for me to try on. Sure enough 16. 5 slim shirt was fitting too lose, in fact sloppy. James said, now try the CT brand extra slim fit. I proceed to put on the extra slim fit with doubt because I'm not exactly an extra slim guy but to my surprise it fit like it was a bespoke shirt, which I am accustomed to as well. I said, James ” I would never have order an extra slim shirt online thinking that it would be too tight and uncomfortable.” He explained that the CT slim is their regular fitting shirt, the extra slim is their slim, and the super slim is well, you get the point....
  He then told me about their awesome suit sale, as I mentioned to him earlier that I wear suits on a daily basis. James sized me up by sight and handed me a beautiful slim cut super 120 wool blue suit with subtle pinstripes from their Italian collection, size 42r, and it fit perfect. He then gave me a little CT history about the company and their suits. James is very knowledgable about the brand and suits in general. Let's just say, I wasn't expecting to purchase anything that day but I did. James was very personable and knowledgeable about clothing and style, while making me feel welcome from the time I walked into the store. Additionally, the sale that day was too hard to pass on. I purchased a $700 well made suit for $300. Such a great deal I purchased accessories as well with some styling tips from my new friend and go to suit guy James. The CT store is a 2 hour drive for me but well worth it for the customer care, and quality clothing! See for yourself and ask for James!

  I was helped by Alex. He knew exactly what to get me, and made me feel very comfortable picking out some new shirts. He made recommendations based off of my style and preference and I walked away saving a lot of money. The best part was the focus on getting shirts that truly fit ( I have a very stout build), and since they didn’t have them in store they were shipped to my house for FREE! It was one of the most positive retail experiences I’ve ever had. The staff knew what they were talking about, and wanted to put my in dress clothes that made me look my best, without breaking the bank.
