“My husband and I arrived around 8:30am to get VA licenses as we moved from another state. The line was out of the door when we arrived. We waited approximately 30 minutes to get a number. The check in guy was thorough in ensuring we had all forms. We researched ahead of time and prepared by having all documents needed including the completed application. We waited about 15 minutes for our number to be called. Our customer service agent, Ms. Dina Segal, was super sweet, very professional and made our visit hassle free and quite pleasant! Overall, it took about an hour and a half for both of us to get our new licenses processed. I'll return to this location when we register our vehicles.”
