“Just started the new adult gymnastics classes here and it was supper fun! The coach for the class, Mark is a supper chill guy and has great experience in gymnastics. As someone who had 0 experience in gymnastics before hand, he made it really stress free to get into the sport. My first class was packed with tumbles, flips and bar exercises which made me feel like I was actively learning the sport for the entire class. If you're interested in gymnastics, but you're worried about your age, don't be. This is a great place to start.”

“I have taken a variety of classes at Wheelhouse by different instructors and they have all been fun and a good mind and body workout. The studio is located on the second floor with mood-boosting natural light and minimalist design. It's an inviting space to recharge yourself! Alyson, the owner, is genuinely personable and knowledgeable. They inform you about what services, workshops, and retreats they have available, but in a very casual non-pushy way. I love that because it doesn't contradict the chill vibe of the practice of yoga. They offer towels, blocks, and other accessories at no charge. There is no locker room, but it's not a big deal because providing a range of classes you can enjoy led by good instructors is more important than "extras".”

While I had the chance to go to any of the previous two golds in the area for group classes, this is the only one now and there’s mostly Zumba or body pump through the week. I’m looking at other gyms now. Ridiculous schedules here. Best value for money with some great group classes.”

“I definitely like this location a LOT more than the previous ones. Atmosphere is a lot more welcoming, and they offer a lot of classes and the staff have always been helpful and cordial to me. If you’re able to steer clear of their money-hungry offers, Gold’s is a great place to go. I’ve met a handful of wonderful individuals at this location and I’m so happy to have found a gym that I can call home. ????????”

“Freaking awesome! I came to town for a couple days due to work. I spoke with Rocky and he set me up with a killer deal so I could workout while I was here. Super clean, modern, tons of top notch equipment, with a bunch of offerings. Tennis, martial arts, Pilates, Crossfit, Indoor track, pool, basketball. They really offer everything. Tons of equipment, I never waited on anything even during peak hours. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in town. My only complaint is they don’t have a South FL location!”

“I started working out with Coach as a 260 pound guy who used to be a fit athlete. I have tried to lose weight before by working out on my own, or doing different diets. These things would help me lose a few pounds, but I would gain that weight back immediately after I finished. I have had a shoulder surgery, 2 knee surgeries, and 2 ankle surgeries, and I am only 28!!! In only two months working with Coach Charles, I have already dropped down 3 inches off my waist, putting me well ahead of what my goal schedule is. He has also been very patient with my past injuries to help me build the muscles that I needed to in order to stop feeling pain in these areas. I already feel stronger than I ever have before, and that has been the biggest takeaway I have had from working with Coach. I am not where I want to be yet with my goals, which is why I plan on working with Coach until I reach these goals. He has helped me transform my lifestyle, from being more active, to eating better.
