(October 11, 2018, 2:31 pm)THE BEST! Express Pilates is a butt kicking class that WILL get you results from energetic, funny, knowledgeable instructors. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this class- it is truly the best!!! After moving to VA I tried every studio in the area and this place blew them all away!!! Mojy and Barbara (instructors) took everything I love about Pilates and ramped it up. I promise you will see results quickly if you commit to coming twice a week. They offer a variety of times, run great specials, and unlike anywhere else I’ve been, they won’t cancel a class even if only a few people sign up. This is a class everyone should try; instructors offer mindful modifications for varying experience levels or because of injuries. Classes are small so they can keep an eye on everyone’s form to keep you safe. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Express Pilates for anyone looking to increase strength/flexibility, lose weight, tone/sculpt, or just looking to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. I recently moved to NYC and even here can’t find a workout that compares! I wish I could take them with me!

(October 7, 2018, 8:36 am)I don’t think that I would do Pilates anywhere else. They are great with guiding you so that your form is resulting in the best workout. The instructors know the machines and how to get the best workout. I feel great after every session. It pushes you just far enough without overdoing it. Highly recommend!

(October 2, 2018, 8:53 am)I tried Pilates for the first time and it was a good workout. Now I understand how people use the boards and get sore. The other people in class and teacher helped make it fun and I think I’ll go again!

I decided to give Express Pilates a try due to its advertised small format design and I wasn't disappointed. During my first class, Mojy basically treated me like a personal client, giving me advice and help every step of the way. She obviously loves what she does and that passion is really inspiring. Each exercise was tailored to me as needed, which helped me relax and feel more confident as a beginner. I will be staying with her for a long time.
