“Min is amazing. She is fun, encouraging, reliable, and skilled--a true delight to train with! I have always dreaded workouts, but with her, I look forward to them. Her training sessions turned into the best part of my week. That sounds over-the-top, but it’s true. Each workout is different, and tailored to your current fitness level. If you are a beginner like I was she will help you develop proper form and technique. For the more experienced person she will take you to the next fitness level. She has been able to walk the fine line between drill sergeant (in a positive & encouraging way) and fun workout buddy with an ease that is uniquely her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you want to get in shape and feel great in the process, Min is the person to contact. Min deserves more than 5 stars! ”

“I have taken a variety of classes at Wheelhouse by different instructors and they have all been fun and a good mind and body workout. The studio is located on the second floor with mood-boosting natural light and minimalist design. It's an inviting space to recharge yourself! Alyson, the owner, is genuinely personable and knowledgeable. They inform you about what services, workshops, and retreats they have available, but in a very casual non-pushy way. I love that because it doesn't contradict the chill vibe of the practice of yoga. They offer towels, blocks, and other accessories at no charge. There is no locker room, but it's not a big deal because providing a range of classes you can enjoy led by good instructors is more important than "extras".”
