His instructions were clear and concise, regarding exercises and he monitored many aspects of my recovery, which was of great assistance in my post-surgical ‘fog’. With each session, I felt that he pushed me just hard enough to make progress but never so hard as to cause me any discomfort. It was reassuring that he was following a computerized protocol, as well. When I started my outpatient physical therapy, they told me that I was ‘ahead of schedule’ in strength and flexibility and, no doubt, Hassan’s expert care contributed. Very happy.”

“Oh my goodness, words cannot express how satisfied that I am with the outcome of my car, however; I will try. First let me say, I live in Upper Marlboro, MD. Customer service is number 1 priority for me, and this is what you will get at the Yates Carwash located in Kingstowne, VA. I scheduled an exterior detail for my car and upon my arrival while entering the store the young cashier was nice, she called the technician Nathaniel. We walked outside so that he could look at my car. I had several scratches that were not deep, how they were ugly. Nathaniel advised that I may need to go to a body shop to have a deep buff, however; after a good wash and shine that my car would look a little better. Well I must say, my car looks like a brand new car, and you can’t see the scratches. Nathaniel and Victor did an amazing job, my friend that went with me was like I’m going to have to come down to VA. I too will be traveling on I-95 at least once a month to get my car wash. If only I could attach before and after photos. Nathaniel and Victor, I applaud you both ??????, continue to serve in excellence, if I was your Managemet, I would give you both a raise, “Thank you”!”

“Update: I reached out to the clinic, and it is a bill they eventually override, since most of their NPs are not in network with a lot of insurances. Will wait and see. Front staff Michelle was very helpful. After I asked the front desk MULTIPLE times to assure I would only pay my copay. Visit was fine, besides the hour and a half wait at opening because the practitioner “was running late”. NP was great though. Just got a bill in the mail of a couple hundred $, because the NP was not in network of my insurance, when I had asked about this at walk-in. Pay privately, avoid getting billed hundreds by mail.”
