“Dr Pryor and his assistant deserve way more than 5 stars! We drive all the way from Leesburg (40 minutes) to see him - me and my 2 boys! The drive is so worth it for the treatment we receive there. We actually switched orthodontists (would NEVER recommend the place we were going to) and the difference between the two is night and day. Our old place is a money factory - the goal is as many patients as possible to bring in the most money with little time spent with each patient. Dr Pryor and Candace are so gentle and thorough and don’t rush whatsoever. When we came in for our consult, he felt that a lot of my kids’ brackets needed to be re-positioned. And when he’s done doing the work he will hand you a mirror to walk through what movements the teeth should do. I was lucky if I got to talk for 2 minutes with my old doctor before her handing us off to the assistants to do everything (including doing things incorrectly and using inexperienced girls) If you want an amazing experience, go to Dr Pryor! You will not be disappointed!!!!”

However, one reason we chose this CubeSmart location was the warm and thorough service we received from Ryan Bowden when we first visited and toured the facility. Unfortunately, he was not working when we returned to rent a unit and the woman who helped us was not especially easy to engage with. (Believe me, I tried.) A smile from her would have been nice.”

“Absolutely flawless experience. On Xmas eve we’ve been out driving searching for somewhere that is printing photos, as we needed a last minute gift. Nowhere in the area even had photo paper. Called Staples and they said come on over, had six copies of our picture printed in 10 minutes. AND at no charge. Customer service was excellent, guy who works in photo dept deserves a raise and 5 star gourmet Christmas dinner. THANK YOU Staples for being so accommodating, convenient and friendly.
