“That last wind storm did a number to my property, especially my roof. Several of my cedar shake shingles ended up on my front lawn. That was easy to clean but left my roof looking quite bad. Fortunately I was able to find Sterling Exteriors online and gave them a call. They were able to schedule a consultation the same week and within a month or month and a half I was able to get a whole new roof approved my insurance company. I have never had to file a claim before but they assured me they would help me throughout the process including meeting with the adjuster. Sure enough I was approved and Sterling got my roof redone completely brand new with architectural shingles which last a lot longer so I don’t have to worry about it anymore!”

When he found an issue in the chimney, he called us over to see what he was looking at and help us understand the situation well. He recommended repairs before using the chimney and made the safety concerns clear to us. He also does not assume that we will go with him for the repairs, and seems to be working to earn our loyalty rather than assuming it. In this way his professionalism comes through very clearly, and I feel that he really intends to take good care of our home.
