“On Friday afternoon, I entered Bryan Fenters State Farm office with my companion Abby (my dog). Had a few questions & technical support issues with the Drive Safe & Save app. Judy was very kind, helpful & polite answering all my questions. In the meantime, Abby was off investigating the whole office. I was waiting to speak with Brittany about the Drive Safe & Save app, she was currently speaking to a customer on the phone. After speaking with her customer, Judy introduced me to Brittany. Brittany was very kind, polite & knowledgeable. Brittany assisted me with my issues while Bryan Fenters walked in the office & started playing with Abby. Bryan joined our conversation assisting in solving my issues with the Drive Safe & Save app. My questions & issues were resolved. This office is a welcoming environment for Abby & I. Friendly, kind, helpful & knowledgeable. I've been with Bryan Fenters since 2019 & a State Farm customer since 2012. I don't post reviews but for Bryan Fenters, State Farm & employees, today I will. If you're looking for good people who are kind, knowledgeable, family oriented & have a dog friendly environment. This office is for you.”

“Well I was working at home depot one night had my car parked in the parking lot this man parks his truck beside my car when he pulls out of his parking spot he run in to my car broke my driver's side turn single off my head light and rips the bumper off my car then tells me he dose not want to go through the insurance company I got a couple of repair bills and he rejected them both. He came up to home depot one day before I was getting ready to got to work and was crying about the price. Then left and sent me a text saying he could come back up there and bring me $ 100.00 dollars sooo I called his insurance company and they have been working to get my car fixed from the damage he did when he ran in to my car”
