“I had a problem with someone using my debit card while I was not in the state it was being used in. I got an alert email saying I needed to call and verify the transaction. I called and was told to go into any local branch. However there was no branch in the state I was in. So I went through Virginia to Winchester to the branch there. I was directed to a Mrs. Perez who handled everything that was in question effectively. I don’t know how the other people in that branch were. But from my experience I can assure you that from the moment I walked through the door to the conclusion of my business there that I was treated with the most positive , pleasant and professional manner anyone could ever have experienced. Therefore, I give my experience there a high level of excellence as the woman who assisted me was pleasant and very understanding as well as knowledgeable about her job as a personal banker. Wished that the banks in SW Florida were half as accommodating and friendly as the people in northern Va. were. I would certainly make for a much friendly experience and pleasant day for all. This location was 2490 Valley Avenue in Winchester Va.”

“Arlene was wonderful and she cooks up a good breakfast (very generous portions). Sunnyside Cafe is a local hangout where you can just get up and get your own coffee (if you want) and hear the local gossip. If you like small town cafes, this is the place for you, if you're expecting dotting wait staff, then maybe not, since Arlene is both cook and server. She's open Monday-Friday beginning at 7am. I highly recommend Sunnyside, but it may not be for everyone.”

“These guys are the best!!! Paid the Loves shop further down for an oil change and they screwed up my fuel filter. Ben (mechanic here) figured out exactly what the problem was and fixed it asap. Got me back on the road in about 20 mins. I would give em 10 stars if i could!!!! This is NOT the loves shop everyone is referring to. These guys are legit and know what they are doing. They even put the truck on the machine to be sure it was fixed. Come here and bypass Loves altogether.”
