  Had I known a visit to Dr. Bourret/Fredericksburg Foot & Ankle would be so great, I would have gone long before now. I was impressed with the entire operation: everything from the patient chair that accommodates even short, fat people like me, which you never find in doctor offices, to the speed with which everything progressed. Every single person I encountered seemed to enjoy the job, which told me quite a bit. They were all pleasant, and the team works in perfect cohesiveness. Dr. Bourret was awesome. I had a boatload of questions, and she quickly answered them all and more. Plus, having a toenail removed was far more affordable than I expected & significantly less costly than another local place I had called. Dr. Bourret also was considerate of my not having insurance, making me feel like the doc really cares about the patients, isn't there for the paycheck. Also, she painted a picture of what was about to happen so that I expected worse than what I got, which was much appreciated. Many docs tell you things will be better than they turn out to be. Expecting worse than you get was a refreshing change. As I said, I was super impressed. I highly recommend F'burg Foot and Ankle & Dr. Bourret.

  I had a very bad experience with a pedicure. Dr. Bourret explained my options. She explained what she was going to do during each step of the procedure and let me know exactly what to expect. I was in and out within an hour. I did not feel rushed and she and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.

  I cannot explain how great everything has been with my experience at the doctors office. I had a pretty good run in with the lawn mower and Dr. Bourret has been nothing but helpful, as well as the staff in the office. Always there to make me feel comfortable and always gave honest, precise answers versus a run around.
