Got here early, filled out the intake paperwork, ready to go for 9:15 a.m. appointment, set weeks in advance. Very few other patients here when I arrived. (I bet back up is greater now!) It is now more than an hour later, and I'm STILL WAITING!
#INEFFICIENT, #ANNOYING!!!! That said, consultation, treatment, bedside manner, rapport when Dr. Massey got to me, was superb. Second visit next day and medication change interim - #SUPERB!

MRD D. Oct 11. Dr. Franz, is a professional. Daughter in surgery for ear tubes, he was not kidding when he said the procedure was fast. Went to waiting room and five minutes later nurse came back to us and told us the surgery was over. Dr. Franz has been doing surgery for years.
