Within the course of a year of coming to this office I found myself most impressed with the services I received not only for myself but also my 5 year old son. The glasses ship quicker than most other places and the people have what seems to be love for what they do. I can recall leaving feeling like so much grace was given to me that I cried. You don't go many places that you walk in frustrated about life and leave with gratitude because of the care shown in a matter of minutes. I'm thankful for this place and I highly recommend it.”

“This is my 3rd Volvo, and while I feel loyal to my local dealership, I have to say, Huber has raised the bar for excellence. While out of town in rural Virginia over Thanksgiving weekend, my 3-year old, reliable car broke down, and had to be towed to the nearest dealership in the middle of the night. It was very stressful for me, and this dealership really stepped up! Everyone was courteous, helpful, and flexible. Even though I didn't buy the car there, they supplied a loaner, which was a life saver, and got me out of a tough spot. They kept me informed, fixed it quickly, and even researched my warranty, which ended up covering the cost. My car came back fixed, and clean! On top of everything, the facility there is really quite remarkable. Huge, welcoming, and clean, and there's a garage to pull in/out of. What a luxury, since it was pouring rain, at the time. Thank you, to everyone who played a part in turning a bad car experience, into a good people experience. Based on this experience, I will seriously consider making the trip to Fredericksburg to buy my next one! Thank you, and kudos to Huber Motor Cars, for going the extra mile.”
