I was referred to Dr. Howard on a couple different occasions over the last few years. The most recent referral ended up requiring that I undergo a minor surgical procedure to address. I am very pleased with my experience with Hampton Roads ENT!
Dr. Howard genuinely listens to his patients, explains his findings, provides options for treatment and lets you know what to expect afterwards.
From support staff to Dr. Howard, everyone is very personable, yet professional. The sense of humor is a bonus! I have already referred him to others and will continue to do so.
Absolutely the best doctor ever. Our family has been with his practice for over 6 years. He has the best personality I have ever seen in a doctor and the staff is very kind. I would recommend Dr. Howard for any ENT & allergy issues that you may have.
My husband had surgery done by Dr. Howard a few years back and Dr. Howard was very clear with him about the pro's and cons
of this surgery, which a lot of doctors aren't. Everything went very well with the surgery.
So when I had problems with my throat I made appointment with him, I was very happy with the way he took care of me.
Dr. Howard has done all he can for me as of now, but he is setting up a appointment with a specialist for me. I think very highly of a doctor that doesn't waste my time or my money, he very much let my husband and I know that he
will be there if I want or need to see him in the future. I know there is no one perfect in this world, but I was very happy with
the care and everything he did for me. I would very much recommend him to anyone that has problems in his field of work.
Dr. Howard’s office was amazing! My son needed to be seen immediately because he was getting ready to leave for college in Texas and was experiencing headaches and hearing loss. They worked him in and the doctor and staff were so nice!!!! My husband and I were concerned about the diagnosis of significant hearing loss that our son had received, and we showed up later at the doctors office to discuss the matter with Dr.Howard. He was kind enough to visit with us without another appointment and managed to get an MRI scheduled within one day in order for everything to be resolved before my son left for college! All I can say is WOW!!! Thank you Dr. Howard and staff!!!
Hampton Roads-Ent Allergy has been excellent. Michelle, who is on the front desk is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and wonderfully cheerful. She has assisted me with any number of questions.
Anna usually gives me my allergy shots. She does a great job and makes sure the shots are as comfortable as possible - truly a super job.
Dr. Jacobson and his nurses are excellent. I've recently seen the PA, Charlene Bell, who was great. She took the time to carefully review my status, answering all my questions clearly.
