(November 12, 2020, 12:51 pm)Excellent customer service and wonderful staff members. I went to the Rockville, VA Tractor Store location on Nov 11, 2020 to order a 5ft landscaping rake from Ashley. I also spoke to her regarding a broken tooth of my brand new box blade that I bought from the Tractor Supply at Louisa, VA. Without hesitation, she told me to bring it in for a replacement.
I swapped the broken box blade tooth with a new one today. Ashley is AWESOME!. I will be recommending this Tractor Supply location to my family and friends.
