Yoga on Center

Yoga on Center is a wonderful addition to the Ashland community. The studio is intimate and full of great light. The instructors are wonderful guides through your practice and they have a great variety of classes offered. Lorie and the other instructors are active in the community and bring a wonderful energy to the classes. I am SO glad they are my yoga studio!

I had taken a long break from Yoga and was nervous about starting again. Yoga on Center has helped me rediscover my love for Yoga. Lori is warm and welcoming. Her classes accommodate all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Her classes challenge the body and relax the mind. I have had a wonderful experience and made many new friends. I highly recommend Yoga on Center.

This yoga studio is such a gem in the heart of Ashland! There our beautiful hardwood floors and so many windows letting in the natural light! There are train tracks that go in front of the building and it’s so lovely to see and hear the train go by periodically. Lorie (the owner) is such a wonderful person and you can feel the love and compassion radiating off of her! The classes here are solid and so rejuvenating. I would definitely check this studio out of you are in the area!

Yoga on Center is a beautiful space operated by a beautiful soul. Whenever I walk through the red door I feel an immediate connection to whomever I share the warm and cozy space with. It's a studio that welcomes all bodies and all people; a place I have come to love. Lorie is a teacher that knows how to connect and make others feel connected. Yoga on Center is at the heart of the center of the universe and I'm so grateful for its existence!
