  I had a great sales experience with Kyle today. Upon my arrival I was greeted and welcomed at the door. Kyle was able to listen to what I was looking for and point me towards the various mattress and box spring options that were offered. I tried them all out and picked the mattress that felt most comfortable for us, which turned out to be the middle of the road priced mattress. I ended up purchasing multiple items and was able to get a package deal for everything included with delivery. So if anyone is looking for a new or replacement mattress I’ll recommend Kyle at Mattress Firm Woodhaven if you are in the area.

  My experience at Mattress Firm was Phenomenal. Kyle attended me the whole time and after hearing my concerns, he helped me find my dream bed. Thank you so much Kyle! You were great.

  I brought my mother here today to shop for a new mattress.. It was a very lovely, professional and personable experience. The customer service was amazing, especially our sales associate Melissa. She was more than welcoming and patient with us. She took the
  time to make sure we explored all of our options within our price range. I even made a purchase for myself, and that was not my intention. I would recommend this store to anyone in search of a new bed experience.

  I would like to thank your sales associate Melessa.
  The minute I walked into the store Melessa greeted me and helped me find two different mattresses at a great price and scheduled for delivery within two days. My wife and I had ordered mattresses from another store and two months later we still didn't have them delivered. Thanks to Mattress Firm we were able to get our mattresses in a timely manner.

  We worked with Sharise and she was wonderful! She was personable and receptive. We were rather particular not only about the mattress we wanted but the price point and she helped us find it! Highly recommend.

  Matt and Jason were great to work with! It is hard to find knowledgeable repair professionals like these guys. Most importantly, their repair prices are very reasonable. I will continue going there for my electrical needs and will refer all my family and friends to them as well. Thanks for helping me with my John Deere starter....Jim Grebas

  I pulled into the parking lot at work and my car just died on me. Luckily, a co-worker had Jason's card. I called him and he was more then happy to come help me. Brought a battery to me and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. What a great guy! I will be calling Jason next time I have any issues!

  Jason was a lifesaver, after ordering batteries for my moms scooter for vacation. Went to put them in and they were the wrong size. Called Jason at the last minute * not to mention right before closing* and he had exactly what we needed! He is a lifesaver and would highly recommend this place! The prices are way better as well! Thanks Jason for awesome customer service!
