Let me just say I drive 30 minutes to this location near short pump for their remarkable customer service …and I live 5 minutes away from an Ulta near me on Hull St . I went in for a purchase and an exchange and the whole process was so easy thanks to Daesha…. The lady who helped me. Amazing employee … made my entire experience worth every second of my 30 min drive. Thank you Daesha , I wish we could clone you for all the other stores around.

I was in the area for an appointment and decided to stop here to pick up a few items. I had a great experience. I was looking for a foundation but was unsure which shade I needed and I was referred to an absolutely lovely associate who helped me try two different shades and helped choose the right one for my skin tone. She also helped me find the powder I was looking for. As I walked around the store more than one associate checked on me without being pushy. I would definitely come back to this location.
