Patti is a real professional and does an excellent job. As a veteran I am glad she is going to be helping my fellow vets at the VA. The Dermatology dept there needs a good mentor.

Patty is one of the most sincere and professional individuals I’ve ever come across. Dermatology can be very intimidating and uncomfortable for many but Party makes you feel at ease and completes each exam with care and honesty.

I have been receiving excellent care from the Skin Surgery Center of Virginia. The entire team, from top to bottom, has delivered consistent quality care from the very beginning of my treatment and surgery schedule. Everyone, on the team, knows their function well. Each person performs well as a team member and as an individual. I highly recommend the Skin Surgery Center of Virginia for all of your Dermatology needs.

Very friendly staff and Patti is the Best. She is very caring, and make you feel very comfortable. She cares deeply for her patients.

I have been so thankful over these years for Patty. She is the most caring thorough person. I love the girls I love the new office decorations my experience coming there is always been positive even though it’s not always the easiest thing to go through. This time they found a little something thats got to be taken care of, but I know they’ll take good care of me. My only complaint is your system does not send texts I’ve been coming there for four years and I’ve gotten so confused on appointments when you make appointment a year in advance your calendar doesn’t go that far into the next year so by the time you can get a new Calendar you either lost the card or something else has gone wrong and I forget. All my other Drs send a text the week before the day before and morning of. That should not be necessary however when life is busy and hectic and you’re old it’s easy to forget. Texting would be so wonderful my other doctors do it and I never forget an appointment. I never get in trouble for missing an appointment I never caused anybody any trouble by not showing up. I’m sure you’re thinking I can’t believe these people need this much of a reminder unfortunately when you get my age you do. It is my only request otherwise you all are the greatest Sylvia Mashburn
