  We just love Dr. Iwashyna! Our family has been seeing him for seven years and he only gets better every year. He has a great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, patient and caring.

  As new parents, it's important that we have a pediatrician we can trust. We found that in West End Pediatrics. Our daughter has seen both Dr. Iwashyna and Dr. Dawson; both have been exceptional in their field. Appointments are easy to make and I never feel rushed during them. We primarily see Dr. Iwashyna and appreciate the guidance and care he gives. It doesn't matter if I ask 100 questions, Dr. I takes the time to explain the answer.
  Within the first 2 weeks of getting to know this practice, I had a health scare related to delivery. I was thoroughly impressed with how Dr. Dawson recommended care for me, even though I am not a patient of the practice, and how Dr. Iwashyna followed up with me to make sure I took the recommendations seriously. Both providers went above and beyond for me and that is something I will always be grateful for!

  We have loved Dr. Iwashyna from the birth in the hospital to a now screaming almost 2 year old every time she sees the doctor's office, for fear of shots. Through all of it, he has been patient and takes the time that makes me feel pleased with the experience. And let me tell you, I cannot remember the last time I was at the doctor for myself. I haven't had great experiences with doctors in the past, but Dr. Iwashyna has changed that around for me, he's fun to be around and extremely knowledgeable all at the same time. We live in the East End now and I happily drive 30 minutes to have my daughter see him.

  I always feel confident and comfortable with the medical care my family receives from Dr. Scott Iwashyna. I especially appreciate his open communication and the support he gives to parents as they figure out parenthood. My children adore him because he takes the time to talk with them and goes out of his way to make them feel cared for and at ease. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician. He's top of the line!
