“Exceeded expectations! I came to Zing Fit for a fundraiser and participated in a 60-min HIIT workout. I would describe myself as “a little out of shape” right now, so I was nervous. I let the instructors know, and they were super-supportive and offered modifications. I had more fun than I expected and felt like I accomplished a lot. The workout was challenging but went by fast.
