(October 22, 2020, 4:20 pm)We have been bringing our daughters to the Pediatric Center for about five years now. We see Dr. Marks and are very thankful for his kindness and attention to their health. We have had great experiences with their staff and most of the physicians that we have seen. I have recommended this practice to friends and am very happy with it. We visit the VCC and John Rolfe locations and both are nice. The kids always appreciate the sea creatures and ocean themes, and they love seeing the fish tanks at John Rolfe

With my first call to set up a new patient appointment for my son, I was surprised at how seamlessly the whole process went. The woman on the phone quickly confirmed my insurance and set up a visit for that weekend! Location and parking are super convenient. When we checked in, the receptionist was very polite. My son barely had time to enjoy the fish in the waiting room aquarium, because our wait time was so short! We saw Dr Schneider who was warm, down-to-earth, and explained EVERYTHING (to both me AND my toddler son). She didn’t try to scare or guilt trip me about anything. I felt listened to, respected, informed, and reassured. As we were leaving, I stopped to let my son look at the fish, and the receptionist double-checked with me just to make sure I wasn’t waiting on anything.
We’ve moved a lot and seen our fair share of pediatricians, and this whole experience at The Pediatric Center was refreshingly easy and straight-forward.
