(January 31, 2022, 7:06 pm)Had an issue with our ADA room and the towel bars coming off the wall. The shower curtain rods wanting to fall. We played room roulette after our first night and found a room with a good secure towel bar. As some with dizzy spells and someone that can have their vision black out not having the towel bar so flimsy it comes right off the mount is important especially in an ADA room. Breakfast is not something I recommend to anyone staying. The eggs are watery and runny. The strawberries were very very soft. The waffles are okay but definitely need the butter and syrup. The biscuits were super dry gravy couldn't save them. Coffee and Tea selection was amazing. We enjoyed our new room it was beautiful and spacious. There are few and far between outlets and can make it hard when you have a few people with computers and tech items with you that need to be charged. The lamps do have the USB plug ins however with companies switching to C to C type cables this can be difficult. There was an ihome ad an alarm clock in the room. If you have an iPhone this is amazing otherwise it is not really helpful. I loved having a fridge and the storage for snacks. The shower was very nice I enjoyed the corner shower mount bottle holders. Housekeeping was very nice and sweet when she came in. Overall a great trip and good walking distance to the bagel shop and Target.

(December 14, 2021, 4:03 pm)Nice room that has an office sitting room separate from the sleeping room. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was nice and had a hot dish, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, cereal, and beverages.

(June 10, 2020, 4:17 pm)This system is amazing! We're fairly new to living with a well system and hard water but we didn't realize just how HARD our water actually was. Our water had a sulfur smell to it and my hair became really dry. With this Rain Soft system our water has no funky odor and tastes pure, soap actually bubbles and leaves skin feeling clean, and my hair is soft and flowy again.
Having a water test done really opened up our eyes to just how many particles and elements can be in your water- that you drink everyday! It was shocking to see just how bad our water was, I almost didn't want to wait the couple days until the team returned to setup the system. John was so genuine and easy to talk to and work with, the installation team was quick and efficient and left no mess behind them. Couldn't recommend more! -

(April 24, 2020, 12:27 pm)We are so happy with our experience with this company. We sent the water sample in and a guy came out to our home to do further testing. Our water had a very low ph and was full of metals. We had the suggested filtration installed, and could tell the difference in days. The water tastes better, our hair is softer, and my sinks and tub are no longer turning green. We highly recommend!!

What stood out for me was that despite some initial communication issues regarding our purchase order, I reached out to the company and they ensured that everything was taken care of. In short, they took the time to listen and make it right.
Overall, a great company that installs a great product and they really do care about making sure you're happy with everything. Highly recommend.
