  I am a veteran ... just like to share my experience in dealing with one of the agents named Rossy. Ive been out now for approximately 14 years and have lived in Europe...Italy...Kosovo...Germany...all the Carolinas...Iraq service twice...and the list goes on and on. During that time I have met ALLL Different types of people and I must say Rossy seriously shocked me with his people's skills, honesty, down to earth and professionalism. Of the hundreds and hundreds of fine men and wemen in service and civilians Mr Rossy stood among the very very best folks Ive ever came in contact with. He was not in anyway or should I say..I didn't feel in any way being tricked into doing anything, in fact my after my vehicle was denied because it was too old, he went beyond by calling me and giving me VALUABLE! feedback as to how and what I should do regarding my vehicle. His I have NOOO! DOUPT, with
  the time,courtesy, dedication, respect, honor, and most of all honesty that I was treated today....there's no doupt in my mind that his feedback will not only get my car sold in no time...but I will definitely deal with this company in the future. Mr Rossy is one of the top 5 or 6 most professional people Ive ever came in contact with throughout all my 14 yrs in dealing with people all around the world and most of all....the fine men and wemen Ive had the pleasure of serving with in the United States Army and especially in the elite Airborne elements both in the 82nd Airborne Division and Overseas 173rd Airborne Brigade.   Super duper service. From the time of making the appointment to bring in the car for an appraisal, to the actual appraisal done by Omar at the Cutler Bay office in Miami, to Britney Smith processing the e-docs and following up on the e-check. Everyone involved in the process of selling my vehicle to AutoBuy was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. This was my third car being sold to AutoBuy and each time I have received great service. It's been a great experience overall.
