TPMG Neurology at Williamsburg

Dr. Mayes is always patient and compassionate and spends whatever time we need. Sometimes the office is difficult to get in touch with but always kind and upbeat. Neurologist, not nephrologist.

Not easy to get into , but once inside the staff is courteous and professional, and Dr. Maria Guina an outstanding neurologist who can make a difficult procedure go by near painlessly! Thank You To All!

The reception staff was kind and welcoming. The Medical Assistant was thorough in updating medications and taking vital signs. Dr Mays is the best. She is cheerful when she enters the room. She is very thorough in reviewing test results and spends plenty of time going over diagnosus and instructions. When I leave her office, I feel very informed. She has never made me feel like she's rushed. I HAVE 100%CONFIDENT, she is the best Neurologist for me.

my visit with Kathy Green went very well, she listen and reacted to my needs. she sent me downstairs for x-rays and the x-ray technician was very friendly, they took care of me as well. checking in at the desk downstairs in the x-ray department the one receptionist was talking and totally ignore me while i stood waiting. The girl on the far left side, said how may i help you. I still give this facility 5 stars because Doctor Kathy Green is wonderful and the x-ray Technician was great as well.
