“They try hard to give best customer service. I came for oil change, rotate tires and a recall on my 2018 Honda Pilot which has less than 35,000 miles. It’s under guarantee. To my surprise they wanted to charge for the oil change and tires. I told them I shouldn’t have to pay because for the life of the car it’s free where I bought it and other Priority Dealerships it’s free cause of the guarantee. The young lady was surprised. I was told they are not Priority.”

“Made an appointment for the latest COVID vaccine booster shot. I arrived early, checked in, and waited. Everyone was polite and I took time to roam the shelves. My name was called and I proceeded into the space set aside for injections and had it administrated. The nurse was pleasant and the shot was hardly felt.
