“Moved back to Florida 3 years ago for emergency health reasons, my mother asked my ex to pack my things and store them. They were very wonderful people, eager to help in any way. However, I've never known a self-storage facility to not have an onsite dumpster. I had so many things broken and damaged from improper packing and stacking, pierced lamp shades from curtain rods, holes in end tables, dishes without tissue or newspaper to cushion, et. So we paid an additional $150 for disposal on top of the whole month's unprorated rent when we moved out on the 8th. They had nothing to do with the damage, they appear clean and well maintained. Should have a trash receptacle though for future instances. I'd store here again if I were the one packing and stacking.”
