“Beecroft is a wonderful office. I’ve been absolutely amazed by Invisalign. During my consultation Dr Beecroft told me that I would need extractions done which I didn’t expect. I was obviously very nervous and scared about this but the staff was very reassuring and Dr Beecroft gave me alternative treatment plans if I didn’t feel comfortable with what he recommend. In the end I went ahead and with the extractions and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my smile. It’s give me such confidence to look in the mirror and love my smile. “Dr Cottrell wow what a guy he gave me an implant in 2005 and assured me it would be not be a big deal and it wasn't he has a reassuring manner to him that puts you at ease. I live in Stafford, King George is a little far for me to drive. Dr Cottrell had an office at Masponax at that time that he did my implant an made a flipper until I got my crown for my implant. “They are always prompt and most of the guys are really knowledgable. However, their pricing has always been an issue for me. $150 to have a guy LOOK at a wet spot - he didn't touch a thing...a leak that he insisted was a shower/tub until my boyfriend pointed out the hot water heater. (The technician was ready to have us tear apart the bathroom.) They have done good work for me in the past (I've never seen this new guy before), but they get away with charging higher-than-normal prices because they have no competition in the area. ***UPDATE*** I have added another star as Matt, the owner, contacted me after I had called the office upset and agreed to only charge the dispatch fee and reimburse the rest. He stated that it is standard practice to discuss all fees upfront (which didn't occur) and he will ensure that all technicians are well versed in this policy moving forward.”
