“I was suitably impressed. A neighbor trying to parallel park hit the bumper of my car and cracked it, which meant the whole part had to be replaced. Considering my car is a senior citizen - approaching 20 - parts are not readily available like they used to be, and matching the paint color is more difficult, too. But Loudoun Collision Center managed to do both, in under a week. They also coordinated with a rental car place, and the insurance of the person who hit my parked car. One representative was kind enough to give me the name of an auto parts) salvage dealer in West Virginia, since I had indicated difficulty in trying to find weatherstripping for the doors of my aforesaid senior citizen car.”
