“Without reading the response to my last post my mom and I decided to give the shop another chance. We were greeted upon entering and had someone come up to us while we were looking at blankets. The associate was very knowledgeable and helped us look for what we actually needed. It has been a decade since we have owned horses in Virginia, and what we really need is knowledge and suggestions. We have come back a couple times and have been greeted within moments of entering. The customer service has been wonderful since. Perhaps there had been a misunderstanding between the associates and us, it could have been a bad day. We haven't had an issue since.”
