  Love [solidcore]! It's a workout like no other and the hardest class I have ever taken. I love how it challenges you and pushes you past your perceived limits, how quickly you see results, and how friendly and helpful the coaches are.

  LOVE the classes!!! Fun, intense, and leaves me shaking each time. The only thing that is frustrating, is the delayed and lack of communication. The studio does not have a phone number, so you cant call to ask a question. The only option you have is to email, and the response time was two days.

  I have avoided going for the longest time because the Pilates / reformer equipment seemed really intimidating. I’m kinda build like a potato so I tend to stick to the basics of cardio and weights, maybe interval workouts here and there. I didn’t think I’d have the lean muscle and core strength necessary to complete this class with confidence. If you think this isn’t your “thing” or you’re not the demographic that would benefit from a class, I’d urge you to reconsider and give it a go.
  
  Natalie (the instructor) was motivating, patient, and took time before class to show me the ropes before we got started. She knew it was my first time and made the experience really enjoyable. It was challenging. Very challenging. But it was worth every penny because Natalie and the [solidcore] workout pushed me beyond my baseline. I was introduced to so many different body movements, the music was great, lots of variety, and all muscle groups get attention. I left energized and a little wobbly—but in a good way. :)
