(December 12, 2013, 4:04 am)This gym is unlike any other in the northern Virginia area. To start off, the facility is clean and organized. Many other gyms I have been to seem cluttered with mats and all around unclean. The facility is also equipped with AC so in the summer the gymnasts stay nice and cool. However, the best part of this gym is the coaching staff. The coaches and owners are wonderful! They really show an interest in every child and know exactly what style of coaching each gymnast needs in order to grow as an athlete and an individual. They instill a love of gymnastics into each child, teach discipline, structure, sportsmanship, teamwork and many other great qualities! And most importantly they ensure that each child is progressing in a safe way. I highly recommend this gym to any parent looking to put their child into a gymnastics program!
