(January 8, 2019, 4:16 pm)From checking in at the reception desk with efficiency and friendliness to being checked in with Haseena who is excellent, privy and friendly to seeing Dr. Nguyen who listens to my concerns, asks questions to make sure we both understand each other and then completely goes over his diagnosis and plans for recovery, there is no better health facility in the area.

(October 18, 2018, 5:14 pm)Dr. Nguyen and his staff are excellent. Whenever necessary to email the center, there is always a very quick and informative reply. Questions are asked by the staff in order to ensure I am aware of diagrams treatment. The pharmacy is courteous and professional. Highly recommend this Center.

(July 27, 2018, 3:08 pm)I was really pleased to be in Ashburn Kaiser last Month, June. As I didn’t get any early morning appointment with my Dr. and had to do blood work, I had to fast for 12 hours or more. However, I was waiting for my appointment for 2:30pm while fasting and feeling dizzy, the front desk person, named Lillian Hoang provided me apple juice and crackers to eat right after my blood work, so I wouldn’t feel weak anymore. To me, it was a beyond a customer service experience. She was not understanding my situation but also helping me to get through it. I feel so thankful to her. Even in general she is very nice and friendly to all the patients and their family members. I would love to go back to her again.
