The mobile testing service is a good service. Rapid antigen test result was released after 8 hours though was expecting hours earlier. Thank you for responding to my chat and calls around midnight to make sure i got the results in time for the flight of my parents.

My appointment was at 10am on a Sunday. Efficient drive-thru swab test. Mazama was quick and very pleasant. Easy process. They send reminders to your phone and email regarding time of appointment the day before. Highly recommend.

This company is amazing!!! These past two years have been insane! People went without seeing family’s and now everyone has had enough all at once so it seems, and traveling all at one!! Lines were wrapped around the building at Dulles and Ions employees are smiling and wonderful some how keeping up with it all. We were told our same day results may be delayed. We started to worry around 9 and called. REAL people answered the phones to apologize and reassure us that we would still get results that evening. The customer service is unreal! I would give this place a million stars if I could! I don’t know if these employees got to enjoy their Holiday at all but I got to see my mother for the first time in almost two and a half years because of you amazing people! For all that you all do and how you have old school values of being able to talk to real people thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I will forever be grateful and a loyal traveler with you for however long this virus is around. I hope you all had a happy holiday!
