  Have now attended my third class. I am older and heavier than all other attendees but, the owner instructor has helped me to continue and allows time for adaptation. I'm encouraged!

  I just joined this month and everyone has been so welcoming. Whether it’s a text asking how my classes have been going or Michelle sitting and chatting before a class to see how I’ve been going and discussing what to expect (it was my first empower). I love the class variety too! Each class gives a different workout and even taking the same one, is a total full body work out which is impressive. I am so happy I joined, thanks for creating such a great community!!

  Great toning workout. Friendly people, fun atmosphere. A little intense if you've never done it before. Can be hard to follow instructions as you aren't always facing the teacher.

  Pure Barre South Riding is the best workout studio I've been to yet! When you walk in, you immediately feel welcome and energized! The barretenders and staff are so personable and will answer any questions you have about the different exercises you do. Not to mention it is super clean and has fabulous products for purchase. Love this studio and the full body workouts!

  I cannot give Pure Barre South Riding all the praises it deserves!! This community including Courtney, all of the instructors, and the members are so inspiring and motivating. You can't help but become addicted to barre and working to be a better version of yourself. This is all coming from someone who made every excuse in the book to avoid the gym, now I look forward to my happy hour in the studio!! Give it a try, you won't regret it!!
