(October 30, 2021, 6:22 pm)It was pouring rain the day i picked up vehicle for service. I wasn’t sure where to pick up my car, or how to retrieve my key card. I looked for a service door and it was not open, went in the sales door and talked to an associate and figured out it’s all find your car through the app and go. i didn’t receive a text to find my car through the app nor did i read the long email they sent. Still love my Tesla.
