“I started their Basics class a couple of weeks ago. I love that they have you do some beginner training before you can attend the more advanced classes. I was very nervous since I have not worked out in a long time. Rick was my instructor and he was very kind and patient with me. All of the instructors are so kind and inspiring. If you would like to go to an up-beat, challenging gym, this is your place! Coming from someone who is really out of shape, I felt comfortable there! I know now that I have found my place!
