I arrived slightly late for my appointment, but I had called ahead letting them know and asking if they would still take me 10 minutes late; they were extremely accommodating without penalty. As soon as I arrived, I was in the dentist's chair. The staff were kind and professional, as was the dentist, who also answered all my questions about gum recession, allaying my fears. Of note: I've had both dentists treat me, and they are both great--a husband and wife couple. “My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Bullard’s for about two years and we have been very happy with her care. He is a great mix of straight forward and honest but at the same time also funny and warm with my daughter. Everyone in his office is great and his assistant (I feel so bad but can’t remember her name) is so sweet as well.
