“I contactes Khanh from Google on Christmas day and scheduled hi to come out next day. I had a washer that wont drain and fridge that wont dispense water or make ice. Khanh called back on Christmas day and discussed the issue. I sent him pics and also told him that dryer is bolted atop the washer. When he came to diagnose the issue, even though he seemed to guess what the issue might be, he did not feel comfortable dismounting the dryer on his own. So he told me he cannot take the job. He looked at the fridge and ruled out so.w of the issues that needed advanced troubleshooting by opening the back side and testing with altimeter. Ultimately said I may simply need a new water filter as it was not changed in a while. Ultimately he did not solve any of my problems but to my surprise, he did not charge me anything for his time since he did not fix the issues. Hard to find genuine people like him that value customer satisfaction over just making money. He even helped me manually drain the water from washer with his manual pump. I'll be sure to keep him around if I run into any other issues.”

My air conditioning went out and Frank's son, Mike, came out within 45 mins during an extremely busy day after hearing there was a two month old baby in the house. I had called two other companies prior to Frank's company and they all told me that I would have to wait until the next day. Mike executed the worked incredibly skillfully. His explanations were easy enough for me to understand exactly what was going on and what he would d. He was upfront and spot on with what the issues were and the esimated cost to repair. Within an hour my air conditioner was up and running. I can't thank them enough for caring when others wouldn't. A quick quote from Mike that should explain their business philosphy in my eyes, in response to me thanking him for coming so quickly, he said "Are you kidding me, you have a two month old baby in the house, there was no discussion as to whether we were going to make time for you." That pretty much sums it up. Hope this review helps. If you have something going on with your air or heat, call these guys up, they're the best.”

“Great company. Very honest work. He replaced my hvac system last year. He came back out when there was a problem with it. The problem was with the vent on my roof and had nothing to do with the work he did, but he fixed where water had gotten into the furnace and told me how to fix the roof issue. He did not charge anything for this. I called him again because I was having problems with my water heater. I thought it would have to be replaced because it's pretty old and it came with the house. I told him as much. He managed to fix it in about 5 minutes by making a minor adjustment. I think most other companies would have been happy to sell me a new water heater whether I needed one or not. I will recommend Tyson to anyone who asks now.”
