“We hired NV Kitchen & Bath to remodel of our kitchen in Spring 2022. Long story short: hire this company because their work, professionalism and customer service is first class. Our job was to gut and completely remodel our approximately 140 sq. ft. kitchen (new drywall, cabinets, counters, sink, plumbing, flooring, lighting, appliances—everything) as well as remove and replace our laundry room sink and tub. The design process was very professional and gave us tons of options in our new layout. When it came to the work, unlike contractors we’ve hired in the past, NV Kitchen had a dedicated team of 3 guys that showed up every single day, generally working 6 to 8 hours a day. There was none of the usual business of days and days with no work and no progress that we’ve experienced in the past—even with highly rated outfits. Because of NV Kitchen and Bath’s approach, we had a fully working kitchen in a little over 6 weeks from the day they started work, which was way ahead of our expectations. More importantly, the work looks fantastic and they followed our instructions and wishes to the letter. They even went above and beyond, for example, one day the air conditioning was suddenly not working and I thought it was because of the work on the electrical panel. When I asked about it, the guys diagnosed and replaced a blown fuse in my air conditioning—not even part of their job! The team was respectful of our home and left the site swept up each day and minimized disruption and dust as much as possible. Our project manager, Wilmar, was very responsive to any issues (usually responding within a hour or so to any emails) and was always ready to stop by if needed. I can say our experience with NV Kitchen & Bath was fantastic, and I would (and almost certainly will) hire them again without second thought on our next project.”

“This is a tiny tiny store. IF you have time, there are some larger Duty free shops at the B concourse where most of the Wide body aircrafts leaves out of. The D terminal does not have too many Duty free shops that are large, there are a couple that are twice the size of this store further down towards C gates, you can just walk, as the food courts and the international departures are mostly down there. Sometimes I find things are dusty here as not a lot of activity at this store. Nothing wrong with the store so 4 stars for it is what it is but can be cleaner.”

“Great place and I was able to get nalia for myself AND my neo daughter who was about to have her pro show later that day. We struggled a little to find the shop because it's in an industrial park. I'm sure there is only so much they can do to get attention because of that. Once we found it, I stepped out of the car and was greeted with beautiful paraphernalia in the window. We walked into the store and I knew they were about to get all my money! They also have some HBCU items and not just Howard. I was excited. The ladies were very attentive and willing to go to the back to look for sizes. They have so much that they cannot put it all on display. The only real issue of note is that very few items had price tags and they had to keep asking each other. That took a lot of time (was almost late for my dughter's show) and I think I was misquoted a price on a couple of items. Maybe those items were just expensive but most items were very reasonably priced so I think it was a mistake. I'll visit again when I am in DMV.”
