“I see a lot of good reviews for Dr Javapour however the last one was three years old why might that be I don't know.? Should I start? Dr Javenpor after 7-years with my last pain management doctor which went great No non-compliance problems not one dirty urine. I have many problems my cervical spine which was fused and my thoracic spine is flattening my spinal cord which my last orthopedic doctor was worried about surgery on that area and will lead to paralysis without surgical intervention. and my lumbar spine is bone on bone and my Coxis was crushed years ago. When I went to my first office they we're happy to see me. Dr J. didn't want to treat me based on my last doctor and his own personal problems, which that's not for me to discuss. He ended up seeing me for 6 months. On my Last appt *I was given an appointment for spinal injection in 3 weeks at the hospital* and at the same appointment he told me he didn't want to treat me no more and gave me my last prescription.”

“Customer service is excellent at this location. I believe it is under new management. While I don't think I have meet the propieter of this establishment in person, I can tell that they truly care about the clientele and thier wellbeing. While scheduling sessions the owner was always quick to respond and went out of their way to ensure my specific needs were met. The massage skill of the therapists.is excellent, I can honestly say it was one of the best, if not the best, most thourgh massages I have ever had. The therapist really takes her time and listens to you (as best she can, I recommend Google translate). The facility itself appears to be recently remodeled, and is exceptionally clean. Rooms are private, with plenty of room in them. Tables are comfortable and sized so even if you are 6'1", you can comfortably lay on them. Bottom line, this is where you want to go, this is where they truly care about the client.”

“Just had a massage from Grace at this location. She did a great job. Very thorough. It was a little cold, but not overly. There was a space heater that I should have asked if she could turn, betting she would have, so I'll take as on me. It was $60 for an hour and she did not take payment till the end and never once asked for a tip. I gave her $90 and consider it totally worth it.”

“First of all I wanna start with THERE ARE SEVERAL LOCATIONS, DO NOT think these ratings summarize the entire business because that’s not the case. Honestly it’s a shame Dr Mathur left but I do like the PA katheryn Soto shes so attentive and on her job, pays attention to every detail! I’ve never had an issue with front desk they’re absolutely helpful and on top of things, Yoselyn and Ceceilia are always there if I need anything and have been extremely helpful switching over to this location. Honestly it’s refreshing to deal with receptionists that don’t make you feel like you don’t belong there, they’re great! They’re always answering any questions I ever have and going out of their way to accommodate me if I need an appointment pushed back. I thought I had an in office appointment but it was a virtual and front desk assisted me either way and helped me setup for my doxy appointment. I had issues with my machine but it was no big deal because the technician was on top of it and fixed it right away, overall this place is phenomenal.”
