(January 31, 2023, 9:17 pm)Doing the week free trial and I was honestly a little intimidated the first day because I was so bad and everyone else was so ahead but a couple days later and everyone almost feels like family. Love the place. I'm definitely signing up, such a fun workout and you learn so much. I can't speak highly enough about this gym.

Amazing environment for every age and skill level. Coaches are always right there to help and explain or in my case correct me. I don’t see myself training anywhere else and love “THA LION’S” Muay Thai classes.
