The entire process was flawless and very professional and knowledgeable. Lisa and her assistant were so caring and concerned about my feelings regarding my hearing loss. My hearing devices were ordered, and I went back in a week later to be fitted. Everything was ready, and Lisa and her assistant demonstrated putting the aids into my ear canal. I was speechless, emotional and could not believe the difference. I could hear everyone clearly, the ringing was not noticeable. Thank you Lisa, and I think Tomi, her assistant.
