DMV

I don't care about the negative reviews here. I read them even before I decided to come here for my road test. It may not be the poshest DMV but all I know is that this is where I got my Driver's license after failed attempts at other DMVs. Unlike the Donna Drive DMV where I met the most unkind and unprofessional staff, the staff here at Military Circle were polite, helpful and professional . After pointing out the area I needed to improve in, she said, "You are a great driver!"

Despite challenges with appointments, the service quality and reasonableness of the staff was really outstanding. My expectations were exceeded by a ton. Great job in two different DMVs.

I renewed my vehicle registration online, however, had not received it in the mail. Contacted the DMV via the email address listed on their website and explained the situation. In less than an hour and a half I received a call from a DMV representative who looked into the issue, informed me of what had happened and reissued my registration card and plate stickers. This is without a doubt the most exceptional service I have not only received from the DMV but have ever heard of. The Department of Motor Vehicles is routinely whipped up on for poor customer service, so I wanted to make sure they received recognition for the service that I received today! Great Job!!
