  Ok I read all the reviews and was dreading the visit. We arrived at 8:30 and the line was 30 folks ahead of us. At 9:00 they opened the doors and took everyone with a appointment in first, all of us without appointments next. All in all the security staff was very nice greeted everyone with a good morning. All other staff friendly too. Restroom spotless. We were out and done in 90 minutes. Four stars for the wait otherwise would have been 5 stars. No issues with others in the crowded waiting room. Key is to get there early.

  One star for the wait, and five stars for the service. Once you get through the wait, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I got here at 9am (when they open), without an appointment. The waiting room is cramped, but staff and security guards do their very best to keep lines moving and offer empty seats to standing people when another person leaves. I began to think I was forgotten, but the friendly security guard told me a long wait is normal if you don't have an appointment. Walk-ins wait the longest. I was called at 2:30pm. I also think my long wait was due to the type of service I needed. My advice is to make an appointment first, and maybe bring something to read while you wait.
