Avis Car Rental

Avis at the Norfolk International Airport are outstanding. The car was new and a blast to drive, so ask for the Mazda line of cars. Turn in was a breeze and the young lady was energetic and helpful.
I said, whether you come to Norfolk for business or leisure, I highly recommend that you rent an Avis vehicle. You won’t regret it.

Pickup was smooth. They had my car waiting for me, no problems. (I'm a preferred member so was able to skip the counter and go to the booth directly.) Car worked fine. Drop off was also easy and smooth.
The only headache was that I was billed the wrong amount (the amount in my email didn't match the amount I was billed). This was fairly quickly fixed at drop off, but should not have had to deal with it to start with. 4 out of 5 stars.
