“So I had a customer ask for me to help her carry something... well big mistake!!! I ended up with popping my knee cap! Yeah really! So thank goodness for workmen’s Comp, I got sent here. After going through x-rays and a MRI. The Nurse, The DR. To be as well as the DR! Himself were extremely friendly, helpful, and especially knowledgeable! (So glad my insurance peeps sent me here!) I ended up not having to have surgery! Praise whoever you praise! After my follow up I ended up needing to have physical therapy. Which they also provide! So after going through an amazing assessment and a few exercises (my butt definitely needed them even without my injury) I was extremely satisfied with the care I was given! Not only am I optimistic knowing my injury will heal but that the care and attention I am given is seriously 100% (I’d give more but it’s not really possible) looking forward to actually go back for more therapy (aka kicking my but with exercise that is specifically for me) Everyone truly does CARE FOR YOU!!!! At both the office as well as the therapy room. Well except for “The Russian” haha! Thanks for what you all do AOS!!!”

“Just wanted to share my experience here. I see a lot of reviews talking about the receptionists though in all honesty I’ve had nothing but positive things to say about the front staff. I’ve had issues with my prescriptions on the pharmacy side of things and when I call in they always promptly get it taken care of. Anything else I’ve called for was also taken care of to the best of their ability. As for treatment it’s definitely been a long journey but my NP Javier has been very helpful and has listened to me and taken my concerns seriously. After some of the medications I was on didn’t help me as much as I liked he did listen to my suggestions for other medications and my quality of life has greatly improved since. Unfortunately with out current healthcare system things like this move at a much slower pace than people would prefer but they do the best they can there within the confines of such a system and I appreciate them for that.”

“I love this place!! This summer I decided to take some financial classes to prepare for adulthood. Some of the material is familiar, but I appreciate being able to ask questions and elaborate. The class sizes have been so small, maybe 7 students most at a time. I also appreciate insight the older students are able to offer. They're typically retired, or previously detached from the military and can offer life experiences. They haven't treated me like I don't belong, or regarded my youth in any negative way. “My wife and I showed up for our Covid 19 booster shots with all the paperwork. Unfortunately both of our Medicare cards were outdated. Maria, their pharmacy representative could have easily told us to go home and called Social Security to get new cards with the proper numbers. Instead she called Social Security right then and spent her time to get the matter squared away. She did it with grace and we were most appreciative. The pharmacist who gave us the injection was efficient and courteous.”

“Call the front desk to see what deals they may have. Me and my family went here for my son's birthday, he wanted to stay on the beach. I'm so honored to receive a discounted rate because honestly this room isn't worth $400 a night on a weekday. Very friendly staff. They will get whatever you need without any attitude. They have a resort style pool, restaurant and bar and all of it was good...food and drinks were good. They delivered our food right to us when we were at the pool. Beach area is nice with shower and walkway. Room was very clean just need some improvements to the bathroom would make this room really worth it. We had 2 balconies in our suite. We enjoyed our stay. Make sure you get your parking pass and the amount of bracelets for all staying. Breakfast is served in the dining room so get there early. As a mental health advocate for Strength You Cant See, here in Jacksonville Fl, going to the beach is such a relaxing space to pray and relieve any stressors.”
