I was trying to trade in my old ring to a new one and she gave me less value for what I paid for. And couldn’t give the discount I was asking for because I wasn’t using their credit card. Since I was paying in full, I was expecting a good discount of course. Plus she couldn’t do the math/calculation.? But then when I came back the next day and spoke with the Store Manager Dean Duva, he just knows exactly what to do. Exceeded my expectations and so much more. He provided information about where he brought the car from and even though I paid it off he said if I ever have any problems with it call him and he has a mechanic he recommends you too also. He always answers right away and will answer all the questions you have. He is extremely nice and helpful at all times and will even tell you about other cars he is getting in. I haven’t had not one problem with my vehicle great miles, and clean inside and out. The entire process was extremely quick and like I said the payment arrangement was not bad either!!!! He takes care of the cars of his lot unlike other places that will just leave the car dirty. They had been doing their random weekly checks and noticed that we had not properly locked our unit. They called me immediately. Unfortunately, we were 12 hours away. We mailed them one of our keys and they properly locked our unit for us after taking a picture of all the items inside. Three months later we clear out from the unit and everything was there. We appreciate their honesty and concern.”
