“First Church is a wonderful community with a rich (200 year) history. We discovered this Church as residents of the Lafayette-Winona neighborhood and immediately fell in love with the people and hope filled messages we receive each week. If you're looking for a community of people who will welcome you with open arms as you begin, continue or strengthen your walk with faith, this is the place for you.”

“Transitioning from a military to civilian career can be tough, but KCM Barber school helped make it a smooth transition. I learned a variety of essential skills and techniques that will set me apart from my competition. I was also able to use my GI Bill to pay for my education without any hassle. The management and instructors are skilled and great at really helping convey essential concepts to students. I would definitely refer KCM Barber School to my friends and fellow service members.”

“My children have been going to this Kindercare for 2 years and we absolutely love it! The staff are always so friendly, loving and take extra care of everyone... even the parents! The director Leslie is an amazing caregiver and a joy to be around! I drive 30 minutes from Monroe just to keep my children at this daycare, that’s how great they truly are! Great staff, clean and honest facility, and top notch care! I 100% approve and recommend this facility to everyone!”

“First time visiting since the remodel and wow, the place looks great! Our server Jenny was excellent, gave us menu suggestions, checked in, etc. and the food was top notch. I had the gyro pita with lemon orzo, a small Greek salad with bread, and the lavender lemonade and I was Stuffed™ at the end. My brother ordered the gyro platter with fries and a small house salad, and the fried fish with (garlic?) rice and he barely managed to finish it all. Great decor, great service, and a great way to get my Greek fix. There's street parking and a lot around the back. Prices are $10-30pp”

“I have had my children attending Al Iman school for the last four years and have found this organization to be a very thoughtful and diversely cultured place to send your kids. They have some Islamic and Arabic education mixed with some social, art and technology education. Overall a well organized school that only operates during regular school years on Sundays from 10 AM to 3 PM.”

“Eric and Charles did an excellent job installing with the wiring and installation of my 3 ceiling fans as well as installing 2 grounding rods outside my home. They were both friendly and kept me informed at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed properly and it looked perfect. I definitely recommend them to anyone.”
